Your machine is bespoke (built to order) you may not be able to be refund. All orders are direct from the manufacturers shipped direct to your door.

Machines & Parts Are Final Sale Upon on Order and payment. You will have 48 hours to cancel the order and receive a full refund subject to (transaction costs) 5% 
About Shipping:

Because of the lithium-ion batteries/Lead acid in our machines, shipping maybe by road or sea at the discretion of the forwarding agent, this will be due to piracy, war zones, other matters.

All shipments are tracked and insured*

Cancelling an Order:
If you cancel after your item has been sent to the port and “portside” ready to sail, we can not cancel the order as the item has cleared customs. We will try to stop the shipment, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Subject to the manufacture accepting the return.

Damage during shipping
If the machine has been damaged during shipping and transportation we require details pictures and or video (MP4) to confirm damage. This must be raised whilst unpacking. If the machine has been used and soiled we cannot take any responsibility for damage.
Process:

We would generally aim to claim on the shipping insurance, we shall try to order replacement parts subject to damage. Each case will be assessed on its own merits.

Bespoke imports
We act as importers and marketing agents not an on-line store. All of our machines are built to order and any quoted specification by you (the buyer) We arrange all shipping, Customs both sides, duties and taxes, UK courier. If you cancel the order within 48 hours you can ask for a refund minus executed fees and duties* After 48 hours production shipping will have started.

• Shipping insurance         £150.00
• Cancelation/admin         £100.00
• Any transportation
